Joseph Glassman is the second generation owner of what is now Glassman Corporation. He joined the family business in 1974. Some 45 years later, he continues to carry on Glassman Corporation’s longtime mission: to serve the customer first and foremost without question.
Joseph also attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He then went on to complete Carrier Corporation’s Advanced Engineering Training in Syracuse, New York. Joseph continued his education and graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Mr. Glassman also has a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
He is Block Certified as a Master Plumber and a Master Mechanical in Kansas. He holds a Master Mechanical in Kansas City, Missouri, along with the state of Oklahoma and the state of Texas.
Joseph serves as an Adjunct Professor for Fort Hays State University. He is a member of ASHRAE and Chairman Emeritus of the Technical Education Authority of the Kansas Board of Regents. He has served in various capacities for state, local, and private industries. These industries include civic, education, and religious organizations, such as the Associated General Contractors of Kansas, the Kansas Water Authority, two terms on the Hays City Commission, Rotary Club, and his church’s Finance Council.

Eric has been with Glassman Corporation for over 20 years and holds Oklahoma and Kansas Journeymen Mechanical Licenses. Eric is responsible for meeting the goals of the company by making sure that staff who install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems and plumbing in residences and commercial buildings are working based on company standards. He also works with customers and teams to render technical support and provide HVAC maintenance and service. Ensuring customer satisfaction is critical for Eric and the entire service department.
Eric serves on the Fidelis Religious Education Committee. He is a past member of the St Fidelis Building & Grounds Committee. Eric is a Knights of Columbus member.
In his spare time Eric enjoys hunting, fishing and coaching youth sports.
All plumbing and HVAC equipment and parts are purchased through Dave Stoecklein. He’s been with Glassman Corporation for 20+ years. He maintains inventory control over Glassman’s multiple warehouses, and coordinates equipment and materials delivery on projects.
He is certified in General Safety, Forklift Operation, Trac Pipe, Gastite, Parker Gas Pip, Zurn Valves, and Geothermal.
Dave has been with Glassman Corporation for over 30 years. His responsibilities include overseeing coordination of field projects, including scheduling of labor and assuring materials and equipment are on site for the various projects. Other duties include attending pre-constructions meetings and assuring all work is being done as specified.
He attended North Central Kansas Technical College, obtaining a Degree in Plumbing and HVAC. He is certified as a Master Plumber, and he is also certified in Personal Protective Equipment and Machinery Safety.
Because of Dave´s 34 years of experience in the Plumbing and HVAC field, he understands the steps necessary to complete the project.
Bob has been with Glassman Corporation for over 40 years. He has worked as a service technician, installer, and sheet metal fabricator. With the installation of our computerized coil line, he assumed the responsibilities of Production Manager. His duties include entering specifications in the Vulcan program for duct manufacturing and programming the plasma and installation cutter for duct-fitting assembly.
He has an expert knowledge in the many facets of mechanical construction, and has a Service Technician Certificate.
Bob is responsible for the complete process of air duct manufacturing. He assures that each piece is manufactured to specification, and that the quality meets Glassman Corporation’s rigid standards.
Danielle gives her full attention to employee relations, recruiting, and company licensing. She ensures that a good level of organizational communication is attained.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Fort Hays State University. She focused on Organizational Leadership, Human Relations, and Human Resource Management. She is a member of the Society For Human Resource Management.
Danielle is the voice between the workforce and the administration. She works diligently to resolve any personnel problems that might occur in normal operations. This assures the employees that Glassman Corporation is aware of their issues; thus allowing employees to focus on their tasks and completion of work to company specifications.
John brings 25 years of accounting experience with him to Glassman Corporation. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for the supervision of the accounting department. His duties include payroll processing, monthly job billings, sales/use tax and payroll tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, analysis, and review.
John has a Bachelor of Administration Degree in Accounting from Fort Hays State University. Prior to joining Glassman Corporation, John spent eighteen years as Financial Controller in the design furniture industry and five years as a Staff Accountant in the cable television industry.
John is a former board member of the Plainville Library Board of Trustees where he served as Board Chairman for six years. He is also a member of Plainville Knights of Columbus Council #1857. He has also been involved in the community through coaching kids’ recreational sports and helping out with church youth group fundraisers.
As accounting clerk, Brandy is responsible for accounts payable, vendor maintenance, and relations. She is also responsible for timekeeping for payroll, filing, deposits, and data entry. She has had over 6 years of clerical experience in a variety of fields.
Logan joined the team at Glassman Corporation in 2014. He works in the Sales Department and assists with projects in the Estimation Department. Logan collaborates with residential and commercial clients (K-12, University, Healthcare, Courthouses, etc.) to ensure their HVAC and plumbing systems are operating efficiently and to reduce breakdowns. Logan also plays a hefty role in the Design-Build aspect of Glassman Corporation where he works with Project Managers and Administration to solve problems, upgrade HVAC and plumbing services, correct existing system issues, and so forth for our clients.
Logan composes all the 3D designs and models for Glassman Corporation utilizing different software to give a realistic representation of the project. These models include full HVAC and plumbing systems.
Logan graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Technology Studies with an emphasis in Drafting and Design. During his time at FHSU he was also a member of the baseball team.
Logan is a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Logan is also a Licensed Mechanical Journeyman.
Dale is responsible for working with customers to define their needs and to bring a comprehensive and well-planned solution to our customer base. The solution will be developed by a comprehensive team of Glassman Specialists with many years of experience in all aspects of both commercial and residential heating, air conditioning, and plumbing.
Dale joined the Glassman Team after 48 years in Healthcare Operations and Administration. Dale has extensive experience in development and management of major construction and remodel projects in Healthcare and Education having managed over $180 million dollars in remodel and new construction. Dale understands the customer side of development, construction, and operation of facilities as well as maintenance of facilities.
Dale has been very active in the local Community and Public. Some of his experience and awards include : USD 489 Board of Education – 13 years, North Central Technical College Board of Directors – 30 years, City of Hays Outstanding Citizen Award 2015, Bellwether League – International Supply Chain Hall of Fame Inductee in 2014 and the Kansas Hospital Engineers Association – 7 years
Tammy joined Glassman Corporation in 2020. Tammy is the front line between the customer and the service technicians. She takes all service calls and dispatches the technicians to the job site, whether residential or commercial. Her goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. She maintains records for service agreements, service jobs, and product installation.
She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University.
As the receptionist and administrative assistant for Glassman Corporation, Angie is the voice of the organization. She has been with Glassman for six years and has a passion for people, thereby delivering outstanding customer service. Whether answering the phones, greeting customers, or assisting Glassman personnel with a myriad of projects, Angie’s goal is to make sure that all duties are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. Her administrative duties include data entry, dispatching, sales, service, and accounting support.
Angie attended the North Central Kansas Technical College, with studies focusing on advanced computer applications. Her past work experience has always involved receptionist work in a variety of other professional settings.
In her off time, Angie is involved with her children’s activities, church activities, or volunteering in the senior community, where she helps with meals and personal care.
